Ottawa/Gatineau junior squash was well represented this past weekend, at the Ontario Silver Championship. 13 juniors made the trip to the tournament in Vaughan at Executive Squash and Fitness.
For many this was their first tournament in Toronto playing at this level. After overcoming some initial nerves, they made us proud persevering through some very tough matches, sustaining long rallies, and taking matches to 5 games. Several of our juniors posted wins, progressing deep into consolation draws.

A special thank you also to Ian Woodhead. Ian traveled with the team as the coach and diligently watched and guided the players through over 40 matches.
